The paper provides an example of co-design, integrating autistic, parental, academic, clinical, experience and expertise to create of a co-designed intervention that includes a neurodiversity-affirmative perspective, alongside CBT techniques. It includes reports of the processes, successes and challenges, and participant reflection.
